Colin John Biggin came into this world on December 13, 1964 in the quaint town of Bristol, England---though the Biggin family would soon pack up their belongings and make the decision to move to Las Vegas.
Fate (as it so often does) took a hand in their journey and diverted the Biggin clan to Montreal for expo67. Colin's father (Colin) being a musician, followed the credo of musicians the world over and stayed where the work was. And so it is, that to this day, Colin's parents still live in Montreal amongst the ever decreasing English population of that once great city.
